Veracruz is like 12 miles closer, I see it as making extra money by going to El Paso. I can make the trip in 11 legs anyways. We need everyone making routes daily and we can get these things done.

Rookie Driver, Driver, Semi Skilled Driver etc. etc.

Also The company will be starting a competition soon between the drivers. The winner will recieve a 10% company wage (you get 10% of what the company makes), and an extra 10% off on fuel and repairs!

OK - a HUGE company (700+ drivers) went down today. That means TONS of open EXPERIENCED drivers! HR MANAGERS AND PEOPLE APPLYING FOR THAT JOB - Get on it!
Night Freight Trucking INC.. was the company that went down
- the recruiting letter I've been using is: NOTE: These drivers are EXPERIENCED - so this letter needs to be touched up! The person who brings in the most drivers within the week will get 70% assistance for fuel and repairs for 2 weeks!!!

The first company on trukz went down (Colossous Freight!) thats even more drivers out of a company!
I changed our % to 8% collection, 40% on fuel and repair
I need you guys to get active and doing some routes. The company won't make any money if you guys aren't driving, and your account isn't considered active if you don't drive a route (doesn't even have to be a long one). We're losing money because there is about 6 of us checking it everyday and heading to places.
