3. Only Complete Form If You Understand The Following Below and Meet These Requirements:
   General of Army:
   #1 in charge of his Division. Donates $5.00 monthly towards the cost of =WFC=. Has admin for ventrilo for his division. Can appoint Generals with approval from a HQ member, Can Appoint Ltg and below by himself. Will make sure his division is ran professionally, organized, fun, and active. Will hold division meetings once a week. Can terminate Ltg and below from his division. Has Rcon passwords for gaming servers for his division. Will make sure his division has a web site that fits his divisions needs. Must be 18 years of age or older unless they are an active member of =WFC= in very good standings and approved by Dragon or Kevin to hold this rank "effective date 6/08/06". Has Power To Ally With Another Clan If Proper Procedures Are Followed.
