Can approve a scrim. has channel admin for his battalion ventrilo channel. Can demote anyone under him and will inform Division HQ of the demotion with reason ASAP. make sure all his members are registered on the forums. Promotes members in his battalion. Will try to resolve any disciplinary action from Division HQ to one of the commissioned members (officers) in his battalion.

Will welcome the new recruits in their battalion and make sure they register on the forums, have a WFC email account, understand the clan meeting rules, understand the rules of scrimmages, ladder matches, etc. Will recommend members in his battalion for promotion to his Colonel.

Will make sure all members follow the rules on ventrilos and gaming servers, and if seen breaking rules reminds the member to follow the rules. Makes reports for members who break rules after being warned with proof and forward it to the Smp. If a WFC member from another division comes to play on his divisions gaming server, he will try to confirm that it is truly a WFC member with the correct rank. Is the highest enlisted rank in the Division. He will try to resolve any problems within the enlisted members before reaching Division HQ. He will make sure the enlisted members are treated fairly and respectfully. Will try to resolve disciplinary action from his Colonel or Division HQ to one of the enlisted members in his division.

Will work with the Vice President to gather info on other clans and or players not in WFC, so when called upon by dragon, they can do thier job. The job information is not posted on this site due to secrutiy reasons. If they tell other members or non members what they are involved in, they will be banned from this clan. What they do and when they do it is TOP SECRET. When the job is done, then the President will give the ok to tell what was done if the moment and situation is right! Must be 17 years of age or served over 1 year with =WFC=. Should be on X-Fire when online so you can be contacted even if you arent on ventrilo or in game. This rank is not a WFC HQ rank or a Division HQ Rank and will follow the structure of WFC like any other member unless instructed by Pres or Vp for a mission , (Limit is 4 within the clan)

This is for members who have been in the clan for a minimum of 5 years and wants to be a part timer, and have no duties. they will wear the tag Res. ( example (=WFC=Res.JoeSmoe) they wont be assigned to any particliar division. but must follow WFC rules like any other player. and will not have admin rights. Only Dragon Can Approve This Rank
